Advance payments are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable* under any circumstances. All quoted rental prices are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be added to the final invoice. In case of cheque payments, bookings will be confirmed only after clearance of the cheque and credit of funds to Seller account.
Cancellations made at least one day prior to delivery/pick-up may be eligible for a credit note, after deducting a 20% service charge. *No credit note will be issued for same-day cancellations. (credit notes are valid for 2 months from the date of issue.)
Rental charges apply strictly for a 24-hour period. Late returns will incur full rental charges Customers are responsible for informing exact event timings in case of event-related rentals. Extra hours will be charged additionally.
Customers are liable for the cost of lost, stained, or damaged items. Charges may be deducted from the security deposit. Costumes must only be altered by hand stitching. Machine stitching is prohibited. Customers will be charged for any damage due to alterations.
Home delivery and pickup services are chargeable and must be paid for in advance at the time of delivery. Security deposits will only be returned upon submission of the original invoice or bill. Online deposits will be refunded within 2 business days after return and inspection of items. Customers are responsible for collecting their deposit and any ID or documents submitted. Seller is not liable for items left unclaimed.
